Each business you order it from has different policies. Amazon takes usually between four days or up to a week. Shipping varies for Barnes & Noble. iUniverse ships within a week or so.

You can order the book through my publisher iUniverse or through Amazon. Both will take about four business days to process and you may receive it within a week. You can also go to your local book store and order it at the desk by ISBN 978-0-595-44426-7 or by author or title.
